NARCOTIC REPLACEMENT TREATMENT PROGRAM (METHADONE)
Description:	Long-term treatment for opiate addiction. Individual treatment plan. Methadone and medical support. Random monthly urinalysis.

Fee:	$35.00 intake fee. Sliding scale ($190-$380 +per month available to Marin County Residents only*). $380 full fee.

Notes:	* Meet Federal and State requirements. One (1) year addiction which requires verification of the last six (6) months of addiction. This requirement may be waived for life threatening illnss or pregnancy. NOTE: Services for Prop 36 clients include additional referral and program requirements.

21-DAY DETOX (HEROIN/OPIATES)
Description:	Detoxification with methadone from opiates. Group and/or individual counseling treatment. Medical evaluation and methadone support.

Requirements:	Monday - Friday at 7:00am, bring picture ID and be in active withdrawal.
Fee:	$275 money order, current month Medi-Cal or CMSP card.
Duration of Program:	21 days
Notes:	Limited to two 21-day detoxes within one year. Detoxes up to 180 days may be available as approved. (Call for more information.)

Description:	Treatment for opiate addiction. Individual counseling with individual treatment plan. Suboxone and medical support. Monthly urinalysis.

Duration of Program:	On-going (Detox/Maintenance)
Notes:	Have a low dosage Opioid dependence (oxycontin, Vicodin, Codeine, Percocet, Dilaudid) for which Methadone has not been successful.

COUNSELING (OUTPATIENT DRUG FREE)
Description:	On-going individual counseling for any drug abuse problem. Urinalysis. Individual treatment plan. Medical review.

Requirements:	Must have history of substance abuse addiction.
Fee:	$10 intake fee. Sliding scale ($15-$105 per session)
Duration of Program:	On-going. Minimum of weekly counseling.

DRUG DIVERSION
Description:	Weekly on Tuesday night for 10 weeks (20 hours) this is a drug education class for court and probation referred individuals. Certificate given upon completion.

Requirements:	Must meet court requirements and complete all 10 weeks CONSECUTIVELY.
Fee:	$410 money order/cashiers check
Duration of Program:	1 night (Tuesday) per week for 10 consecutive weeks.

HIV CASE MANAGEMENT
Description:	Assessment, coordination and advocacy for needed services, including medical care. Group and individual support available. Individual care plan.

PRIMARY CARE MEDICAL SERVICES
Description:	Primary care medical services including diagnosis, treatment, coordination and referral.

Duration of Program:	Based on individual medical needs.

HEPATITIS C (HCV) SERVICES
Description:	Medical treatment available on-site for eligible MTC clients in long-term treatment program.
